Dave graduated with his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science. He received a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL, where he is also a clinician teaching the next generation of acupuncturists. He is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in the practice of both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine and is licensed in the state of Illinois.
Dave first became interested in Oriental Medicine during childhood and has carried that interest with him ever since. Being able to help others using Oriental Medicine is the culmination of a lifelong dream. As an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach from NASM with 23 years of personal training experience, he focuses treatment strategies on whole body health.
He truly believes optimal health is achieved by a healthy heart, mind and body. Dave has worked with patients with various conditions including neuromusculoskeletal pain and functional issues, sleep and stress disorders, digestive issues, women’s health issues and facial rejuvenation. He is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.
